All sessions require a Photography Contract to be filled out and signed before your session.
If you allow Samantha Altomare Photography to use your photographs in future advertising, social media, etc please use the appropriate Model Release forms below.
If your property is being photographed - building, home, vehicle, animal, etc - you will need to fill out and sign the Property Release along with the Photography Contract.
